Our HID lighting products are all covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge. This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty. All bulbs are tested and burned in by the manufacturer prior to delivery. Burst / exploded HID bulbs are not covered by warranty.

All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and funds will be issued only after our staff examines the product. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping the item back. Any return without a RAN will not be accepted.

Please make sure to order the correct item as if you need to exchange the product, there will be a $25 handling charge and an additional $20 return shipping fee (depending on destination).
